			الشاكية غيرت أقوالها.. هل يتغير مسار محاكمة طارق رمضان؟

			قالت صحيفة ليبراسيون الفرنسية إن هند عياري، أول امرأة اتهمت المفكر الإسلامي السويسري طارق رمضان باغتصابها، غيرت الخميس الماضي أقوالها في ثاني استجواب لها من طرف ثلاثة قضاة تحقيق مكلفين بالملف. ونقلت ليبراسيون عن موقع " فرانس أنفو" أن عياري تحدثت عن تواريخ ووقائع جديدة غير تلك التي أدلت بها سابقا.

			فبعدما قالت في شكايتها في 20 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2017 إنها تعرضت للاغتصاب من طرف طارق رمضان في مارس/آذار 2012 في فندق "هوليداي إن" بالمحطة الشرقية لباريس، ذكرت في روايتها الجديدة أن الحادث حصل في 26 مايو/أيار 2012 في فندق "كراون بلازا" بساحة الجمهورية في المقاطعة 11 بالعاصمة الفرنسية.

			وبررت عياري تغيير أقوالها بخصوص تواريخ الاغتصاب المزعوم بأنها قامت ببحث في يومياتها وعدد من وثائقها جعلها تغير تصريحاتها.

			وكان طارق رمضان نفى التهمة، مشيرا إلى أنه التقى هند عياري مرة واحدة لوقت وجيز في السادس من أبريل/نيسان 2012 على هامش تجمع كبير للمسلمين في منطقة لو بورجيه.

			وعلق إيمانويل مارسيني محامي طارق على تغيير عياري لتصريحاتها بقوله "عندما نتعرض للاغتصاب، نتذكر المكان دائما" وأضاف "نغير الفندق ونغير التاريخ، وقريبا سنغير الفاعل"، داعيا العدالة إلى أن تفتح أعينها جيدا، وتستخلص النتائج.

			وذكرت "ليبراسيون" أن التسلسل الزمني لشكاية الاغتصاب المشار إليها تثير شكوكا حولها، متوقعة أن يثير هذا التغيير في التصريحات نقدا عنيفا على عياري في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

			ويأتي هذا التطور في قضية المفكر والأكاديمي السويسري بعد أسبوع من رفض محكمة الاستئناف بباريس طلبا للإفراج عنه رغم تأكيد محاميه أن وضعه الصحي يستدعي إخلاء سبيله.

			ومن المقرر أن تستأنف يوم الخامس من يونيو/حزيران المقبل محاكمة طارق رمضان -المعتقل منذ أوائل فبراير/شباط الماضي- الذي ينفي بشكل قاطع الاتهامات بالاغتصاب الموجهة إليه. وندد المحامون في الجلسة بما وصفوه بتناقضات روايات ثلاث مشتكيات زعمن أن طارق رمضان اغتصبهن.

			Parler de musique n’est pas facile. Parce que c’est subjectif et obsessionnel

			Il y a six ans, ce blog a été lancé avec une ambition assez simple : confronter un lectorat d’un site de presse généraliste à de la musique qu’il n’aurait probablement jamais écouté. Profiter de l’espace numérique infini qu’est le Web pour parler de styles, d’époques et de scènes hors des circuits habituels de la promo, en parler sans arrière-pensée, les expliquer et les faire découvrir.

			Internet est une sorte de cour de récréation géante, des couloirs de facs interminables où tout le monde parle et s’échange des sons constamment. On peut facilement y perdre pied, se noyer dans la masse sonore et se décourager. Se rabattre sur ce qu’on connaît, écouter la même playlist toute sa vie. C’est trop triste.

			Ca nous faisait marrer de vous jeter à la figure du grindcore, du zouk nigérian, du rock de Montpellier, de la pop sibérienne, de l’électro de Bristol, de la cumbia de Buenos Aires, du rap de Chicago, du punk de Washington ou le groupe qui joue en bas de ta rue ou le cuistot qui fait des pistes le week-end sur son Tumblr et qui finit sur la BO de GTA. En sachant pertinemment que tout le monde n’aimera pas tout. L’idée n’était pas de transmettre l’envie d’écouter un truc mais l’état d’esprit nécessaire pour être ouvert à en écouter plusieurs, même ceux que tu ne pensais jamais apprécier.

			Parler de musique n’est pas facile. Parce que c’est subjectif et obsessionnel. On n’a jamais cherché à mettre un groupe au-dessus d’un autre, à dire d’un genre qu’il était « meilleur » qu’un autre, à critiquer juste pour critiquer (sauf une fois, mais c’était une blague). J’ai été intoxiqué à la démarche qui consiste à fouiller éternellement les bacs (disquaire, numérique, c’est pareil), tomber par hasard sur une chanson ou un disque ou une vidéo qui te mettent à genoux tellement ils étaient puissants et inattendus. Sauter le pas à cause de la pochette ou du nom du groupe, parce qu’on sait jamais.

			C’est cette démarche qu’on a essayé de suivre pendant six ans. Elle est belle et vaine et un peu autodestructrice, parce qu’elle est éternelle. J’ai toujours gardé en tête cette phrase, d’un mec qui reconnaissait que seule « une cigarette sur mille [lui] donnait du plaisir ».

			« Pourtant, je continue à fumer. Je crois que le plaisir est plus dans l’instant que dans la chose. Je continue à fumer pour retrouver cet instant. Je finirai sans doute par mourir en essayant toujours ».

			Les chansons avec lesquelles tu as grandi, celles qui ont forgé ton éducation musicale, resteront toujours les plus belles de ta vie. Rien à y faire. Mais il n’y aucune raison de se contenter de cette nostalgie. Ce blog était anti-nostalgique parce qu’il n’y a rien de plus chiant et de plus creux que d’entendre « c’était mieux avant ». La posture de la pureté est tentante mais au final impossible à tenir, même un peu solitaire. Pas pour autant que tout se vaut, mais on peut en parler non ? On a essayé de le faire pendant six ans.

			Et le dialogue, via les 8 087 commentaires, les mails, les messages Facebook, les lettres (!!), les CD/K7/vinyles envoyés (je n’ai jamais pu tout écouter, merci x100 à tous ceux qui ont pris le temps de le faire), m’a aussi appris à moins regarder mes pieds, musicalement, à moins tourner le dos par réflexe. J’écrivais parfois dans le vide, mais en écoutant ce que vous écoutiez.

			Là, j’arrête parce que j’ai plus grand chose à écrire, et encore moins le temps de le faire. Mais je suis fier d’avoir poussé la démarche jusqu’au bout. Tout ce que je peux te/vous (on a jamais su comment se parler) dire c’est : continue à écouter de la putain de musique.

			Ecoute du rap, de l’âge d’or, de maintenant ou du futur, écoute toutes les bizarreries électroniques sur lesquelles tu peux tomber, écoute Burial, écoute de la folk, écoute du punk, écoute de la soul, écoute du funk, rend toi sourd en écoutant du métal ou endors toi avec des incantations, écoute ce qu’ils font à Sumatra, au Nigeria, en Colombie, en Syrie, en Lituanie, ou même à Metz, à Nantes ou à Toulouse, écoute Robyn, écoute Justin, écoute Céline, écoute Darkthrone. Va en concert et achète des t-shirts, achète des disques, pirate des mp3 en 128kps, écoute des vidéos pourries sur YouTube ou abonne toi à Spotify, va sur les blogs, va sur les sites, va sur les Tumblr. Joue.

			Continue à écouter (pas à entendre, à écouter), continue à fouiller, accepte d’être déçu, parfois tu ne le seras plus. Et là, tu t’en souviendras longtemps.

			… et comme presque tous les sons sur ce blog ont disparu en six ans, une petite playlist de 13 heures, pour la route.

غزل "السنوار" بإيران.. زلة لسان أم فصل البيان؟

منذ أن انتُخب قائدا لحركة حماس في قطاع غزة في فبراير/شباط 2017، دأب يحيى السنوار (56 عاما) على الإدلاء بتصريحات مثيرة للجدل، لا سيما حول علاقة حركة حماس بإيران، والدعم الذي تقدمه للمقاومة الفلسطينية. وتتفاوت ردود الفعل الغاضبة -غالبا- بين من ينتقد مبدأ العلاقة مع طهران لأسباب مذهبية وسياسية، ومن يتجاوز البعد المذهبي لكنه يتحسس من توقيت هذه التصريحات، نظرا للصورة الذهنية السلبية التي خلقتها إيران في الوعي العربي في سوريا واليمن والعراق.

مديح السنوار السخي لإيران ودورها في دعم المقاومة الفلسطينية خصوصا في غزة، تكرر في أكثر من حديث إعلامي وحواري، فهل كان ذلك متعمدا، أم في سياق زلة لسان أو سوء تعبير، أو عدم إدراك لتبعات هذه التصريحات وردود الفعل المتوقعة عليها، حتى من قبل مقربين ومتعاطفين مع حماس.

السنوار عرف بنشاطه الأمني والعسكري منذ بداية تشكل النواة الأولى لحركة حماس في قطاع غزة وبدء عملها العسكري، وقضى بسبب نشاطه 24 عاما في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، وأفرج عنه في صفقة الأحرار عام 2011، وكان محكوما عليه بأربعة مؤبدات. وقبل أن ينتخب رئيسا للحركة في غزة كان على رأس هرم قيادة كتائب القسام، وممثلها في المكتب السياسي لحماس.

طبيعة عمل الرجل في الجهاز العسكري لحماس واعتماد هذا الجهاز على الدعم العسكري الإيراني لسنوات طويلة في التدريب والتسليح والتمويل، يُسهّل فهم إصراره على الإشادة بالدعم الإيراني للحركة في كل مناسبة، حتى وإن رأى البعض غياب الدبلوماسية وسوء توقيت أو منسوب هذا المديح في ظل الظروف السياسية الراهنة في المنطقة.

الغزل الأحدث
أحدث تصريحات يحيى السنوار التي أثارت الجدل على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وردت في حوار أجراه مع قناة "الميادين" الفضائية يوم 21 مايو/أيار الجاري وأكد فيها أن علاقة حركة حماس مع حزب الله اللبناني في أحسن أحوالها، ويجري التنسيق والعمل المشترك معه ضمن اتصالات شبه يومية بين الطرفين. كما أكد على قوة العلاقة مع قيادة الحرس الثوري الإيراني وقاسم سليماني، مشددا على أن إيران لم تقصر في دعم الحركة بكل أشكال الدعم منذ العدوان الإسرائيلي على غزة عام 2014.

ورأى الكاتب الفلسطيني الإسلامي ياسر الزعاترة أن السنوار "بالغ في المديح على نحو مستفز للأمة"، وأن خطابه لا ينطوي على الحد الأدنى من الحكمة، رغم تفهم حساسية وضع حماس بسبب الحصار المضروب عليها وعلى القطاع.

أما عزام التميمي -وهو ناشط فلسطيني مقرب من حركة حماس ومقيم في بريطانيا- فقد كتب تغريدة مطولة انتقد فيها سوء أداء السنوار إعلاميا، واعتبره غير موفق في تصريحاته. واعتبر ما ورد في حوار قناة "الميادين" تبييضا لصحائف إيران السوداء وحليفها حزب الله.

وطالب التميمي حركة حماس في غزة بإعفاء السنوار من الظهور الإعلامي، وهو ما رد عليه المغرد عزمي بالقول إن "كلام السنوار صحيح 100%، ولولا إيران ودعمها الله أعلم بالوضع".

ومن خارج الدائرة الفلسطينية انتقد السياسي الكويتي وليد الطبطبائي تصريحات السنوار الذي "كال المديح لدولة الإجرام إيران"، معربا عن اعتقاده بأن إيران وإسرائيل وجهان لعملة واحدة. واستبق انتقاده بمديح حركة حماس، واعتبرها مهجة القلب وبؤرة العين، وأن الأمة كلها تدعم جهادها.

ولا تبدو هذه الانتقادات تعبيرا عن قناعات فردية محدودة، فوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تفيض بالتعليقات المهاجمة والشاتمة أحيانا لتصريحات السنوار. وحتى من داخل منظومة حماس وصفها القيادي الأول، هناك من عبّر عن انتقاد حاد لإيران، فقد سبق لعضو المكتب السياسي موسى أبو مرزوق أن هاجم طهران في تسريب صوتي مسجل، ووصف دعمها للمقاومة بالكذب، قبل أن يغير موقفه ويعبّر بخلاف ذلك.
موقف حماس الرسمي!؟
هذه التصريحات لم تكن الأولى لقائد حماس في غزة يحيى السنوار حول الموقف من إيران، كما أنها لم تصدر عنه حصرا، فعدد من قادة الحركة في غزة سبق أن أشادوا بالدور الإيراني "الإيجابي" في دعم الحركة وكافة فصائل المقاومة بغزة.

القيادي الحمساوي محمود الزهار وفي أكثر من مناسبة، امتدح الدعم السخي ماليا وعسكريا للحركة والقطاع، في ظل التخلي -أو التآمر أحيانا- من قبل الأنظمة العربية تجاه حماس وبرنامجها المقاوم للاحتلال.

ومن القيادات العسكرية للحركة التي تناولت هذا الأمر، القائد العام لكتائب القسام محمد الضيف والناطق باسمها أبو عبيدة، فقد عبرا بقوة عن ذات الموقف الممتن للدعم الإيراني للحركة، وهو ما يشير إلى أن الجهاز العسكري للحركة هو من أكثر المستفيدين من العلاقة مع إيران، وخصوصا الحرس الثوري المعني بدعم فصائل المقاومة، والمعني بعلاقة حسنة مع الجانب الإيراني.

ويبقى التصريح الأقوى دعما لما ورد على لسان السنوار، ما جاء في حديث صالح العاروري نائب رئيس حركة حماس لقناة "القدس" الفضائية في ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2017، حيث أكد أن الدعم الإيراني لكتائب القسام وفصائل المقاومة الأخرى لم يتوقف حتى في فترة انقطاع العلاقة السياسية بين حماس وإيران.

كما أكد العاروري الذي يمثل موقف الحركة الرسمي، أنه بينما تدعم دول عربية إسرائيل وتتآمر معها ليل نهار، "تقدم إيران الدعم لمواجهة الكيان الإسرائيلي، وتواجهه معنا ومع حزب الله"، مشددا في حديثه على أن حماس لا ولن تكون ضد حراك الشعوب وتطلعها إلى الحرية، لكنه دعا للوقوف إلى جانب كل ما يقوي مقاومة المشروع الصهيوني.

ما جاء على لسان العاروري بموقعه الرسمي في الحركة، يؤكد أن حديث السنوار -بموقعه الرسمي أيضا- يمثل الموقف الرسمي لحماس في توصيف العلاقة مع إيران وحزب الله، وليس زلة لسان أو سوء أداء إعلامي كما يتردد.

Al-Awarri said in his official website that Al-Sanwar's official website also represents the official position of Hamas in characterizing the relationship with Iran and Hezbollah, not a slip of the tongue or poor media performance.
