ورزازات المغربية: بريق هوليودي وأبطال بلا مجد على بعد حوالي مائتي كيلومتر جنوبي مدينة مراكش، توجد مدينة صغيرة هادئة حولتها كاميرات كبار المخرجين إلى فضاء لتصوير أفلام تحصل اليوم على جوائز عالمية. يلقبونها بهوليود إفريقيا رغم أنها لا تتوفر على قاعة سينمائية واحدة.
أحد استوديوهات مدينة ورززات المغربية يصفها البعض بكونها "أكبر أستوديو طبيعي في العالم"، بينما يرى فيها آخرون "هوليود إفريقيا". ورزازات، تلك المدينة الصغيرة في عمق الجنوب المغربي التي استأثرت باهتمام منتجي أفلام السينما وألمع النجوم العالميين بفضل طقسها الجميل و ألوانها المميزة ومستوى الإنارة الذي تتيحه شمسها الساطعة على طول السنة. هذا المعطى يؤكد عليه عماد قادي مرشد سياحي يعمل في "أطلس كوربوريشن" أحد الاستوديوهات التي حملت ورزازات إلى العالمية، "ما جعل من ورزازات دون غيرها من المدن المغربية قبلة للمخرجين هو مستوى الإنارة فيها وكذا الألوان التي تتميز بها الطبيعة هنا". ورغم هذا الإشعاع الدولي لعاصمة السينما المغربية إلا أن سكانها لا يصلهم على ما يبدو سوى ما يتداوله الأجانب حول مدينتهم، فهذه الصناعة التي تدر ملايين الدولارات، لا تغري شباب المدينة بسبب "عدم إدماجهم" في المشاريع السينمائية الضخمة التي تعرفها. بل أكثر من ذلك فالمدينة التي تشهد واحاتها تصوير أفلام عالمية شهيرة لا توجد فيها دور سينما بعد سنوات من إغلاق قاعتين سينمائيتين لأسباب غير واضحة. قبلة السينمائين العالميين ورززات والمناطق المحيطة بها شكلت مناظرها الطبيعية كواليس لتصوير أكبر الأفلام العالمية المناظر الطبيعية هنا تتناسب مع مختلف الحقب والأحداث التاريخية وتتيح تصوير أفلام ذات مواضيع متنوعة. وقد اكتشف مخرجون عالميون منذ عشرات السنين مؤهلات هذه المدينة الهادئة فحملوا معداتهم إليها، وكان أول فيلم تم تصويره "راعي الماعز المغربي" قبل مائة عام. بعدها ستتوالى الأفلام الدولية وتصبح ورزازات قبلة لألمع النجوم العالميين. ألفريد هيتشكوك، مارتن سكورسيزي، ليوناردو ديكابريو، براد بيت وغيرهم كانوا هنا. وشكلت المنطقة فضاء لتصوير أفلام فرنسية وأمريكية وإسبانية وإيطالية وألمانية وبلجيكية وهولندية وأخرى من كوبا والبرازيل وجنوب أفريقيا. لكن سكان المنطقة و"أبطالها الحقيقيين" لا يستفيدون من هذه الصناعة ذات الإمكانيات الهائلة.
يقول كمال منير (اسم مستعار) وهو شاب من المدينة يعمل أحيانا "كومبارس" إن شباب المدينة "يتفرجون فحسب" على ما تشهده مدينتهم الصغيرة دون أن يستفيدوا من ذلك معتبرا في حوار له مع دويتشه فيله أنه "إذا كان مجال السينما في دول أخرى يشكل مصدرا ثابتا للعيش لمن يعملون فيه، فإنه من المستحيل أن يكون الحال كذلك في ورزازات". ويضيف كمال أن المبالغ الضخمة التي تدفعها الشركات العالمية في تصوير الأفلام لا تنعكس على أجور الكومبارس و العاملين في الأفلام، هذا إن تم السماح لهم بالعمل أصلا". أما الإقبال على ورزازات فلا يرجع إلى طبيعتها الخلابة فحسب بل وإلى وفرة اليد العاملة والحرفيين و التقنيين المتخصصين بكلفة مناسبة، بالإضافة إلى انخفاض الرسوم المالية الخاصة بالتصوير في المواقع والمآثر العمرانية، وكذا الرسوم الجمركية. هذا ما يجعل كلفة الإنتاج تنخفض إلى النصف أو أكثر مقارنة مع أوربا وأمريكا. ورغم أن الإنتاج السينمائي يعتبر النشاط الرئيسي في المدينة إلى جانب السياحة التي تتغذى منه إلا أن هذا النشاط لا يرقى إلى مستوى تطلعات أبناء المدينة لأسباب مختلفة. كريم راضي (اسم مستعار) هو الآخر شاب في العشرينات في العمر يعيش في ورزازات سبق وعمل "كومبارس" هو الآخر في أحد الأفلام. قال ل"دويتشه فيله" "تم قبولي بصعوبة بالغة وكنت أتقاضى 300 درهم (حوالي 25 دولار) لليوم فيما يتقاضى شبان من مدن أخرى مبلغ 600 درهم أو أكثر".

يقول راضي إنه يتم التلاعب بأسماء المرشحين لمباريات (كاستينغ) اختيار الممثلين الكومبارس وتستعمل العلاقات الخاصة، والتلاعب بأجور العاملين لفائدة السماسرة الذين يتوسطون بين المرشحين والمنتج". لكن حسين الزهري مسؤول في استوديوهات "أطلس كوربوريشن" يعتقد أن "السينما والسياحة فقط يحركان المدينة ودونهما يكون هناك ركود اقتصادي وتتوقف فيها الحياة تماما". ويؤكد حسين خلال لقاء مع دويتشه فيله على أن السينما بالخصوص تسهم في إنعاش المدينة من خلال توفيرها فرص عمل للشباب. ويوضح ذلك بالقول إن عدد الرحلات نحو مطار ورزازات يوميا يتضاعف كلما كان هناك نشاط سينمائي وما لذلك من تأثير إيجابي على عائدات الفنادق والأسواق المحلية و سيارات الأجرة ف"السينما تبعث حقا الحياة في المدينة".
وفي معرض تعليقه على اتهامات بعض شباب المدينة للمسؤولين بالتلاعب لدى اختيار الكومبارس، يقول حسين "في أي قطاع في العالم نسمع أن هناك مشاكل وانه تحدث تلاعبات وأناس غير راضيين" مضيفا أن الذين يشاركون في مباريات "الكاستينع" يأتون بصورهم وسيرهم الذاتية، والمسؤولون يعرفون عنهم كل شيء لذا فالمنتج يأتي مباشرة بمن تتوفر فيهم الشروط المطلوبة" ويردف حسين قائلا"مخرج الفيلم هو من يختار ويقرر في النهاية لذا لا يمكن التلاعب في هذه الأمور". وقبل حوالي خمس سنوات تم إحداث معهد متخصص في مهن السينما بورزازات من أجل تلبية الطلب المتزايد على الموارد البشرية من قبل المحترفين في مجال الصناعة السينمائية ويستقبل طلبة من مختلف أنحاء المغرب.لكن كريمة بناني (اسم مستعار) وهي طالبة في السنة الثانية في المعهد تقول إن أحلامها بالعمل في مجال السينما والتي كانت وراء اختيارها هذا المعهد تبددت الآن. واستطردت بنبرة غاضبة "لا أفهم السبب الحقيقي وراء إنشاء هذا المعهد إذا كانت التدريبات والدورات التكوينية من نصيب المقربين من المدير فقط، نحن نطلب تمكيننا من تدريب صيفي لنطبق ما نتعلمه فقط، لكني أدرس هنا منذ سنتين ولم أستطيع إجراء تدريب حتى الآن".
